More than 2 million people die every year as a result of the AIDS virus. But still the Catholic Church has not given up on their negative stance toward condom use.—->Their “negative” stance towards condom use has NOTHING to do with Aids. Let me explain, the catholic religion says that the act of intercourse should only be done for the sake of procreation. In other words, catholicism says have sex, only to get pregnant, not for pleasure. People that are not married, are forbidden to have sex before marriage, so the only people not using condoms are married people. Said married couple, are then supposed virgins, so there would be no reason for them to have any STD or AIDS.
So yes… Catholic church has a negative stance towards condom, but the only problem that it creates is over-population. The church doesn’t allow condoms, birth control, or any other method that would prevent the pregnancy, as I said before… the sex is meant only to have children. So there. The church will only laugh at this attempt to be provocative, when in reality, AIDS is being spread by all sorts of people, not catholic ones. If anything, true catholics have no say in this because they are abstinent until marriage.
Not to say every catholic is true to their religion, faithful and clean… but just saying that attacking and offending their religion with controversy will have no effect or resolution.
