Flyvertising: Miniature Banner Advertisements Attached To Flies

To promote their exhibition stand at the Franfurt Book Fair, Eichborn the publisher hired german agency, Jung von Matt/Neckar, to outfit 200 flies with miniature ultra light banners. The banner was attached with natural wax. After a short time the banner dropped off by itself. And the flies were not harmed.

The flies roamed around like a miniature street team and shared the small advertisement with people throughout the fair. It’s a wonderful idea that obviously has very little cost and is different enough to create buzz, literally!
