Stella Artois Cidre took a new approach to targeted advertising with their new digital poster ad. Stella Artois partnered with communication agencies Posterscope and Liveposter to launch a real-time, weather-activated, location-based ad campaign.
The digital billboard ad has sensors that detects the changes of temperature and shows the advertisement only when it’s warm outside. This means that a different ad is shown when it’s cold outside and people are less inclined to drink beer.
