i love how many of these are for local small businesses; karate belt, local BBQ grill repair etc. Seen many of these in previous blogs but havent seen a few that come across very powerful via placing the right image in the right setting (i.e. image of child in the shopping cart. great way for a local grocery story to gather donations to support the hungry)

I agree.. I see these as being very effective only in the right setting. Im curious as to where some of these were… I haven't seen any guerrilla marketing in my area of San Diego.

I don’t know if I would call these guerilla marketing ideas or just snappy ideas for ads, many of them billboards. So the title is a bit misleading, but the concept is fun.

ESPN’s football add is really cool and brilliant. What i wonder is,why Asian countries don’t go more into guerrilla marketing. I see only McD and Nivea’s add as t.v commercial. Maybe its time to change to something more innovative rather than t.v. commercials and billboards.

Yes its fun and i agree with you sir but what i think is,companies change the style of guerrilla marketing in order to adapt globalisation. During the 1986, guerrilla warfare was a mean of marketing for small companies as its cheaper but today its expensive and definitely big companies are adapting it.it was word of mouth marketing to spread the information about the service or goods but now, the billboard of dog (for an example) we saw in the row of pix, is done because it reaches people quickly and more direct.

A lot great work here. Amazing what the hunan mind can come up with. As with any successful campaign/program, these examples have to be tied to the larger effort of gaining awareness, causing demand and having resources in place to sell the product. If all were in place, I would assume many of these did well and had significant ROI. Getting approval from cities to do some of these, had to be difficult, though I applaud those that made that happen.

I agree, people can pull quotes from user generated enclyclopedia but it guerilla is guerilla, it basically means it does not cost much. The above should cost a whole lot.
