The Intel 3D Ultrabook Projection Mapping Tour did their first projection mapping on April 28th and will be continuing the tour to more major cities in Germany.
This year, they are doing it bigger and better by doubling the locations of 2011 to a total of 8 German cities. Adding a twist to the conventional 3D projection mapping we step up a notch and the mappings will take place with their famous agency MMOV (Multi Media Offroad Vehicle). With visual performance by Markos Aristides Kern and music from Boris Dlugosch, each location promises to grant the public the ultimate audio visual live experience.
“Each building is alive and therefore has its own complete character,’’ says the 29 year old Munich based artist.
Founder and Creative Director of Visual Drugstore with over a decades worth of artistic experience, Kern is excited to yet again be back on tour with Intel and it’s new 2012 Ultrabook 3D campaign. Kern uses an unusual and unique world-wide vehicle for his performance: The Multi Media Offroad Vehicle. The MMOV makes it possible to map the front face of buildings live, in a mobile state. Together Kern and Boris Dlugosch develop a unique live audiovisual performance of the highest standards.
