Norwegian Takes Norway for Joyride in NYC in Interactive Billboard Campaign

This holiday season Norwegian airlines decided to create a very fun and interactive billboard to help inspire people in Norway to travel. How did they do this? They created a billboard that had a live feed from a cab in New York City.

They outfitted a 360° camera on top of a vehicle in New York city and roamed the streets. The passenger in the cab also had a live feed from a camera integrated in the billboard. He would then try to interact with people walking by and encourage them to engage with the billboard. Once a person came over to the billboard, they were delighted with a fun conversation with a man in New York City and had an option to control the camera on top to get a very personal tour of the city.
